I moved to the Big Island from Washington State in 2002. I flew for the airlines for many years and my love for aviation drew me to Mokulele Airlines when I arrived here. I assisted with operations for several years. I got my real estate license in 2007 and my brokers license a few years after that. I specialize in the gold coast resort area and private homes and lots up through Kohala Ranch. I service as far South as Ocean View, North to Kapaau, East to Laupahoehoe, to include Waimea and Waikoloa Village. I have extensive experience guiding Sellers in preparing their home for sale to receive top dollar. I get great pleasure educating Buyers on the different areas of the island. It really helps to learn their taste and what they are looking for so I can be their "boots on the ground" when new properties come available.
